Planning your fitness racing season requires a clear view of the calendar. Official HYROX events follow a standardised format across the world: 8 times 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station. Every athlete faces the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
In Poland, official weekends are spread across distinct regions: Województwo pomorskie, Województwo wielkopolskie, Województwo śląskie, Województwo mazowieckie and Województwo małopolskie. No single region hosts more events than the others. The season begins in October with SUDOCREM HYROX GDAŃSK, moves to HYROX POZNAŃ in November, heads to DAFI HYROX KATOWICE in February, arrives at HYROX WARSAW in April, and finishes with HYROX KRAKÓW in May.
