The HVN HYBRID is a raw test of strength and engine, combining a max-rep bench press with a 5km run in a race against the clock. Every rep earns you 10 seconds off your final run time, rewarding both power and pacing strategy. Push too hard on the bench and risk the run, or hold back and chase it down on the course. Either way, it’s built for everyday athletes ready to test their limits and see what they’re made of.
THE FORMAT You’ll move between lifting and running, managing fatigue, pacing, and pressure.
