Virginia's "THE HEAT" RX & Scaled Fitness Competition Race- Hosted by Chainbreakers Fitness

“The Heat” is the largest functional fitness partner competition race in central Virginia-

RX and Scaled divisions. This will be an extremely fun event with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishes. You will not want to miss this event. 16 teams per division limit! We will max out the divisions, sign up to reserve you and your partner's spot! * $5,000 Prize Pool is based on full registration for each division. Subject to change if division participation is not full.

Rx Division-

Athletes with Functional Fitness experience should be able to perform workouts which include skilled movements such as: pull-ups, double-unders and Olympic lifts, etc.

Scaled Division-

Athletes should be able to perform workouts which include jumping pull ups, single unders, knee raises and all basic lifts, etc.
