15th Annual Turkey Day Throwdown!
The Turkey Day Throwdown is Excel's annual in-house competition, for Excel members only.
The entrance fee is simple - 1 frozen turkey per person, which will be donated to Second Harvest of the Greater Valley. We collected 265 in 2018 and that is still the record. This is the 15th one, so let's go get it. Bring an extra turkey!
Each team is comprised of 3 people, 1 of which must be a female.
Rx and Scaled division.
Rx Standards:
- Pull-ups (but not necessarily everyone on team)
- Male Deadlift 1RM over 225 lbs
- Female Deadlift 1RM over 155 lbs
- Must be willing to have fun
Scaled Standards:
- Must be willing to have fun
