"Train Feroz 2026 - Competition Skills Clinic & Community Partner Workout"

CrossFit Games Athlete Fee Saghafi will be hosting a skills seminar, giving her best tips and tricks with competition prep and gymnastics skills. Previous attendance of a skill session is not mandatory.

Afterwards, we will be enjoying a fun partner workout applying the skills learned! Post workout cool down, session debrief, and athlete Q&A.

This clinic is limited to the first 20 spots and open to ALL fitness levels. Members & Non-Members are all welcome to register.

Location: TIER ONE // CrossFit DBP, Sat May 30 11am-3pm

Cost: $75

Registrations are transferrable but non-refundable. By registering you agree to attend the event, or send another person in your place.
