THE TOA 2026

This marks our 11th year running the Toa Competition. Over the years, we’ve brought together teams from all around the Pacific to compete, connect, and test themselves.

Teams of 4 (2 males, 2 females) will battle it out to find the fittest team in Samoa, competing in either the Scaled or RX divisions.

The competition spans 2 days across 2 locations, challenging athletes across multiple fitness domains through 5 events. 

500 wst /315 NZD per team.

Since then, Fatu Toa has grown into one of Samoa’s leading fitness communities built on a foundation of hard work, consistency, and connection. For over a decade, we’ve developed athletes of all levels , from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to competitors representing Samoa on the international stage. As the organizers of The Toa Competition, now in its 11th year, CrossFit Fatu Toa has created a platform that brings together teams from across Samoa and the Pacific.
