About this competition
We all make bad choices… and this might just be one of them.
On June 20th, Starke is hosting another HYROX Simulation Event—and we couldn’t be more excited! This event will feature 5km of running plus all the classic HYROX movements and standards.
$20 for Starke members $35 for non-members Teams of 2
MORE DETAILS: • Approximately 45-minute workout • Heats every 5 minutes, starting at 9AM • Movements you’ll see: Sled Push, SkiErg, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls and runnning. • Partners can trade off anytime and share the load as needed—but you must run together
