The Island Games is returning to Malta in 2026 for another EPIC 3 day fitness competition under the sun.
There will be three categories:
• Everyday
• Intermediate
• Elite
Teams must be made up of two males and two females. With a number of workouts across the weekend, expect barbells, dumbbells and a variety of different movements alongside the sun, sea and sand aimed at testing all aspects of fitness and teamwork.
