Format: Same-Sex Teams of 3 (Male/Male/Male & Female/Female/Female) Divisions: Scaled & Intermediate Workouts: 4 challenging tests of teamwork, communication, and grit Location: CrossFit Scunthorpe Expect a blend of shared work, synchronised movements, and gritty team workouts that demand trust, coordination, and a solid game plan.
