THE HYBRID DUOS FITNESS COMPETITION
Two athletes. One team. Three events.
Get ready to test your fitness, strength and teamwork in the first-ever Hybrid Duos Fitness Competition, held exclusively for Pumpin Iron members in 2026!
Teams of two can be mixed gender or same gender, with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced divisions available—so whether this is your first competition or you’re an experienced athlete, there is a division for you.
You and your partner will take on three events combining cardio, strength and gymnastics-style movements:
THE CHASE - Cardio
MARKED TERRITORY - Strength
THE APEX - Hybrid
Choose your teammate, select the division that best matches your ability and get ready to push your limits in an exciting and supportive competition atmosphere.
