Inspired by the trials of Hercules, The 12 Labours of Thundrbro tasks athletes with completing a new labour each month to pursue ThundrHero or Heroine status. Running from February 2, 2025, through January 30, 2028, this ongoing challenge is based in Florida, United States.
Participation is free of charge. Athletes compete individually within the Thundrbros or Total Babes divisions. Workouts offer multiple performance benchmarks: Patch Standard, which earns a patch for that labour, as well as Rx Standard and Intermediate Standard, which award points toward apparel, training, and e-book discounts.
Registration opened on January 30, 2025, and remains open until January 31, 2026. The challenges suit intermediate and rx competitors.

Welcome to the 12 Labours of Thundrbro!
Like the trials that made legends such as Hercules who they are, the 12 Labours are the path to becoming a ThundrHero / Heroine.
Each month there is a new labour to complete with multiple standards. The standars are:
Patch Standard - This is ThundrHero status achievement Rx Standard - Still pretty epic Intermediate Standard - Damn fine work and on your way to greatness When you achieve Patch Standard you earn the patch for that labour.
Meeting other standards earn you points towards discounts on apparel, e-books, training and more.
Best of all the 12 Labours are free to take part in whether you are a current Thundrbro / Alpha Babe community member or not (though to get the most out of it you should be...just sayin')
