Workout will be a 8 station Hyrox Simulation following the structure and weights as closely as possible.

There will NOT be any judges on site or time chips as this is for training / prep purposes as well as fun.

SQ HYROX Sim V6 Same Sex Pairs FULL SIM RUN, PUSH, PULL, LUNGE & LAUGH TOGETHER!! This time we are hitting the sport of fitness with a same sex pairs format. Grab your training buddy or bring a friend who needs that extra push and get after it together. The event will follow the Usual Hyrox standards and flow. Heats will have 2 teams so if signing up with another team let us know and we will do our best to put you head to head. Heats will start every 10 minutes to allow for a smooth uninterrupted flow throughout the event. First heat starts at 9am on the day. There will be an athlete brief at 0830 Your exact hearts will be emailed out closer to the start date.
