Hosted by LIFTHQ, this competition is all about bringing Masters athletes from across the South Island together for a great day of fitness, competition and community.
Expect fun, inclusive and challenging workouts designed to test your strength, fitness, skill and grit, while giving every athlete the opportunity to push themselves and enjoy the experience.
Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, this event is about having a crack, testing your limits and celebrating what Masters athletes can do.
