Returning for its sixth edition, SHOW MUST GONES #6 takes place on 12 and 13 December 2026 at CrossFit Gones in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, France. Every participating duo takes part in one day of competition featuring three workouts and one floater.
Athletes compete in teams of two, with all-female (FF) and all-male (HH) pairs competing on Saturday, followed by mixed pairs (HF) on Sunday. Registration opens on 12 October 2026 at an early bird rate of 90€ per team until 18 October, rising to 100€ per team thereafter.
The event is open to all skill levels, welcoming both beginner and RX athletes. There are no fixed minimum standards, as scaling options and movement adaptations are provided across all workouts.

Notre souhait ? Voir de beaux mélanges d'équipes ! Les athlètes RX, n'hésitez pas à venir avec vos copains qui débutent... Il y en aura pour tout le monde.
