SHARKS HYBRID PFT

The Sharks Hybrid PFT Challenge is a fitness challenge. Our goal is to create an opportunity for local fitness and health enthusiasts to showcase their skills and hard work in a competitive fitness course that challenges your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and overall grit. Solo, duo, mixed duo, and a kids division will be available to compete in!

The adult course is made up of eight events, structured like so:

Run 1: 800m Station 1: Ground to overhead (50 reps) 45/25 Run 2: 800 meters Station 2: 50m plate push 45/25 Run 3: 800 meters Station 3: 50m plate Pull  45/25 Run 4: 800 meters Station 4: 80m Burpee Broad Jumps Run 5: 800 meters Station 5: 800m Rowing Run 6: 800 meters Station 6: 200m Farmers Carry 53/35 Run 7: 800 meters Station 7: 100m Sandbag Lunges 45/25 Run 8: 800 meters Station 8: 100 Thrusters 20/14 FINISH LINE!

The Kid course is made up of eight events, structured like so: Run 1: 400m Station 1: Ground to overhead (25 reps) 25/10 Run 2: 400 meters Station 2: 50m plate push 25/10 Run 3: 400 meters Station 3: 50m plate Pull  25/10 Run 4: 400 meters Station 4: 40m Burpee Broad Jumps Run 5: 400 meters Station 5: 400m Rowing Run 6: 400 meters Station 6: 50m Farmers Carry  Run 7: 400 meters Station 7: 50m Sandbag Lunges 25 Run 8: 400 meters Station 8: 50 Thrusters 14/10 FINISH LINE!
