This is one long hybrid workout built for pairs, mixing machines, functional movements and synchronised work. It isn’t about heavy lifting or complex skills; it’s about pacing, communication and how well you work together when the legs start to go.

Same-sex pairs: men’s and women’s divisions
Split the work however you like, with one partner working at a time, except on the synchro movements, where you both move together
Time cap: 50 minutes
