A unique, team-based Erg challenge supporting Movember... More metres = more awareness for men's health!
Teams of 3 (M/F/X) will tackle the Ski Erg, Row Erg and Bike Erg/Assault Bike, aiming to accumulate the greatest total distance over a 90-minute challenge:
- 25 mins per station
- 5 mins refuel/rotation
- IGYG style (1 team member works, 2 rest)
Only one sign up required per team, and teammates can be changed at a later date.
Entry Fee: there is no fixed entry fee for this event. Instead, teams are encouraged to make a donation to Movember, with a suggested minimum contribution of £30 per team. Please donate via the fundraising page (link below) and help support men's health initiatives through the Movember campaign.
