At a glance
Workouts at Manawa Winter Triple are structured with specific balancing rules: classic pressing movements like dips, bench press, or ring muscle-ups are excluded, as are mobility-biased movements like pistols. For any lifting event, women's weights are multiplied by a factor of 1.5, and standard CrossFit barbell loadings are adjusted across squads. The single-day contest takes place on January 9, 2027, at Eichkoppelweg 99 in Kiel, Germany, running from check-in at 08:00 to the awards ceremony at 18:00.
Athletes compete exclusively in teams of three, composed of either two females and one male (FFM) or one female and two males (FMM). Two divisions are offered: Challenge and Perfomance. Entry costs 165 EUR per team across both categories. Registration runs from August 9, 2026, until August 30, 2026.

Organiser’s description

Werde Teil der Community beim Manawa Winter Triple.
Alle Teams sind 3er Teams entweder FFM oder FMM.
Die Workouts sind fair gestaltet. Warum?
