MABA GAMES: Embrace The Chaos

The MABA GAMES is a one day CrossFit competition designed to test every aspect of athletic performance. Competitors will face three unique workouts built around Crossfit's 10 General physcial skills.
This year's competition features two divisions:
- RX Individual
- Scaled teams of 2 (Same Gender)
Athletes should expect teh Unexpected. Each workout has been carefully designed to challenge different physical capacities and reward well rounded fitness. Whether you're an experienced competitor or looking to test yourself ina fun and competitive environment, the MABA GAMES will push you beyond your comfort zone.
With three workouts standing between you and the podium, every second, every rep, and every decision matters.
Awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers in each division.
