Inspired by the ATHX format, the first edition of LTHX FUNCTIONAL RACE takes place on 8 November 2026 at CrossFit Novelty in Décines-Charpieu, organised by Lions Contest. The event tests athletes across three distinct segments: strength with strict press, squat, and deadlift maxes; cardio featuring running and rowing; and a functional metcon combining sandbags, dumbbells, box jump overs, lunges, burpee broad jumps, and SkiErg.
Teams of two can enter in male-male, female-female, or mixed male-female divisions, programmed for both Intermediate and RX categories.
Registration opens on 21 June at 20:00 with limited places available for interested duos.
