For its 5th edition, LRSY THROWDOWN Winter Edition 2027 takes over the 750 m² floor of La Box CrossFit Bonaparte in La Roche-sur-Yon, France, on 30 and 31 January 2027. The programme across the two days comprises five workouts, one floater, and a final, with catering and a bar available on site.
Competition runs strictly in pairs across female-female (FF), male-female (HF), and male-male (HH) setups. Instead of locked divisions, duos choose their level (Scaled, Intermediate, or RX) workout by workout. The entry pack costs 120 EUR per team (60 EUR per person), excluding platform fees, with an optional event t-shirt available for 20 EUR.
Registration opens on 2 November 2026 and closes on 14 December 2026. The competition is open to athletes of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
