Le samedi 14 novembre 2026, rendez-vous au Leya Training Club à Saint-Germain-en-Laye pour notre première course hybride en binôme !
Au programme : 4 blocs associant chacun 800 m de course à pied et une station composée de deux exercices. Wall balls, ergomètres, sandbag carry, kettlebell swings, burpees et fentes : un mélange d’endurance, de coordination et de travail d’équipe, avec des mouvements synchronisés ou des efforts à partager.
Une catégorie Open, des charges accessibles et un objectif : se challenger à deux, s’encourager et partager un bon moment dans l’ambiance LEYA.
UNE COURSE SPORTIVE ET SOLIDAIRE
LEYA se mobilise pour la lutte contre la maladie de Charcot. Pour chaque équipe inscrite, 20 € seront reversés à l’ARSLA afin de soutenir la recherche.
