About this competition
Welcome to the KLA FIT ERG GAMES – The Ultimate Race.
This is a test of fitness, grit, determination and teamwork. Competitors will battle through a demanding ERG-based challenge designed to push both physical and mental limits.
The goal is simple:
🔥 Complete the workout in the fastest time possible.
Competitors can enter one of the following categories:
👤 Solo Male
👤 Solo Female
👥 Same Sex Doubles
👥 Mixed Sex Doubles
🏆 CASH PRIZES AVAILABLE
Each category will have the opportunity to win cash prizes for:

THE CHALLENGE
Competitors must complete:

✅ 15 Synchronised Burpees
✅ 2,000m BikeErg
✅ 15 Synchronised Burpees

✅ 15 Synchronised Burpees
