👑 KINGS & QUEENS OF CARDIO 2026

Event Overview Kings & Queens of Cardio is a partner fitness competition designed to test teamwork, endurance, strategy, and grit. Teams will tackle a cardio-focused challenge featuring multiple modalities, transitions, and opportunities to separate themselves from the competition.

Whether you're competing in the Performance or Fitness division, expect an unforgettable experience, an electric atmosphere, great sponsors, athlete swag, and a chance to earn the crown.

First Heat: 8:00 AM

Men's Performance Men's Fitness Women's Performance Women's Fitness

Team Format: Same-Sex Teams of 2

M/M F/F Capacity: Only 8 Teams Per Division (32 Teams Total)

Registration Early Bird Registration $70 per Team

Regular Registration $80 per Team

Registration is first come, first served. Once a division reaches capacity, registration for that division will close.

Athlete Registration Includes Custom Event Shirt or Tank Athlete Swag Bag Competition Entry Sponsor Giveaways Podium Awards Chance to Win Cash Prizes Refund Policy Registrations are non-refundable.

If an athlete can no longer compete, they may transfer their registration to another athlete prior to August 15, 2026.

No refunds or transfers will be issued after August 15, 2026.

Team Substitutions Team substitutions are permitted until August 15, 2026.

All substitutions must be approved by event organizers and submitted via email.

No same-day substitutions will be permitted.

What to Bring: Water Bottle Athletic Clothing Running Shoes Lawn Chair (optional) Positive Attitude What NOT to Bring Alcohol Illegal Substances Pets (service animals permitted) Glass Containers Outside Speakers *Athletes and spectators are expected to treat fellow competitors, volunteers, judges, and sponsors with respect throughout the event.

Parking Free parking is available throughout the Lakeside Hills Plaza parking lot.

Please follow any volunteer or event staff instructions regarding overflow parking and traffic flow.

Workout Release: The official workout will be released on June 1, 2026.

Movement standards and division-specific details will be published alongside the workout release.

Spectators: Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Come cheer on athletes, visit sponsor booths, enjoy the atmosphere, and help us crown the 2026 Kings & Queens of Cardio Champions.

Awards Awards will be presented following the completion of all heats.

Podium positions will be awarded to:

1st Place 2nd Place 3rd Place in each division.
