Hyrox simulation event at Kingdom Gym. Heats roll out every 10 minutes starting at 7 AM.
Our HYROX® Simulation is designed to replicate the full HYROX race format — 8 x 1K runs, each followed by one of the 8 functional stations, completed in sequence.
Whether you choose SOLO, DOUBLES, or RELAY, this is your opportunity to put your training to the test and figure out what works before you step onto the actual race floor.
Use the simulation to:
Test your pacing and see how you hold up as fatigue builds.
Dial in your splits for both your runs and functional stations.
Practice your transitions and get comfortable moving through the Roxzone.
Test your nutrition and hydration strategy in race-like conditions.
Build confidence by experiencing the format before race day.
Come with a plan. Leave with your numbers.
