IRON ATHLETIC LEAGUE
Die Iron Athletic League (IAL) ist eine saisonale Functional-Fitness-Liga für Athletinnen und Athleten aller Leistungsstufen.
Die Liga läuft von September bis Mai und verbindet verschiedene Competitions und Disziplinen zu einer gemeinsamen Saison.
Über die Saison treten Athleten in unterschiedlichen Leistungsbereichen gegeneinander an und sammeln Punkte für das IAL Ranking. Jede Platzierung zählt und beeinflusst die Gesamtwertung.
Die Liga umfasst die Bereiche:
• Ausdauer • Kraft • Schnelligkeit & Geschwindigkeit • Koordination • Allround
Die Athleten starten in ihrer jeweiligen Division und ihrem Level und kämpfen über die gesamte Saison um Punkte, Platzierungen und den Titel des IAL Champion.
Neben dem individuellen Ranking entsteht über die Saison auch ein Gym Ranking, in dem sich teilnehmende Gyms miteinander messen.
Einzelne Leistungen können zum IAL Record werden und Teil der Geschichte der League werden.
Die Saison läuft von September bis Mai und findet ihren Höhepunkt bei den Iron Athletic Games.
