In Memory of Brooke Webster

      Brooke's memorial workout! Last year on the 19th July 2025, Brooke succumbed to a long battle with her mental health it was a huge shock and devastated our community. On the outside Brooke had it all, she had a great job, great career prospect, she had passion, wonderful social life, extremely fit, trained hard, great friendships and trained at two wonderful CrossFit communities. On the inside however was a different story, she was suffering and this maybe explains why she was so kind and welcoming to everyone she met, because of her own battles she was facing. On the 18th July we will come together to honour her, remember her and make everyone aware that you are loved, you are cared for and people will have your back. We will be raising money for beyond blue, all workout registration fees will go towards the final total and there will be further donations on the day available too.

We come together today in honour of our friend Brooke who sadly succumbed to a long battle with her mental health. On the outside Brooke had it all, a great job, promising future, smashing her health and fitness goals, training with two great communities, always social and still she was suffering inside. We come together on July 18th to honour her memory and remind you all that you are loved and people are here for you.
