CFK Ignite Throwdown is CrossFit Kuching's signature community competition — built for athletes stepping onto the competition floor for the first time and seasoned athletes looking for a fun, supportive challenge.

Now in its 3rd year, Ignite 2026 features 3 divisions, 2 workouts, and a potluck after-party. Whether you've never competed before or you're chasing a podium — Ignite is built for YOU.
