Pour la première fois, CrossFit Grands Lacs ouvre ses portes aux athlètes extérieurs pour une compétition HYBRID en duo, pensée pour tester toutes les facettes de l’athlète hybride.
Au programme : 3 épreuves, chacune avec son propre objectif 👇
⚡ ENGINE
Endurance et capacité à enchaîner ski, course et rameur.
💪 STRENGTH
Place à la force pure avec du Deadlift et du Bench Press.
🔥 METCON
Un workout complet et intense mêlant cardio et mouvements fonctionnels.
👊 À chacun son challenge
Deux catégories pour permettre à chacun de trouver son niveau :
🟢 OPEN — un format accessible, idéal pour se challenger et pourquoi pas vivre sa première compétition. (DB 10kg/15kg)
🔴 PRO — pour ceux qui veulent repousser leurs limites et se mesurer à un niveau plus exigeant. (DB 15kg/22,5kg)
Que tu sois habitué des compétitions ou que ce soit ton premier challenge, viens avec ton binôme : le format en duo permet de partager l’effort, de se dépasser ensemble et surtout de vivre une vraie expérience de compétition.
