If your new to power hour heres how it works. its four 10 minute workoust wth 5 minutes of rest inbwteen. With an additonal suprise floater WOD as our tie breaker. Teams will be same sex teams of 2. Intermediate, Scaled and RX devisions to fit every fitness level.
Come on out for an amazing day of fun and fitness. With food trucks, vendors, and big weights its going to be blast!
