Costumes are permitted for the 3rd edition of Halloween Hyrox By NOWOCO, an evening hybrid fitness race held on 30 October 2026 in Martinvast, France. The first wave starts at 19:00, preceded by a mandatory briefing.
The event follows the continuous run-and-workout sequence using HYROX Open standards across eight stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Row, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. Athletes can compete individually or in teams of two (men, women, or mixed).
Alongside the standard Open formats, Demi Hyrox divisions reduce running intervals to 500 metres, with individual Demi entries halving the station work as well. Pro categories are accessible only upon request.
