GRIT is presenting The Grinch Games! You don't often see CrossFit comps in the winter so pack your hot chocolate and marshmallows, blankets, hand warmers etc.
This competition is open for all levels. Check out our standards when they get released. WODs will be released as well but some things will be surprise.
