Year 3! Iron Rig Fitness is hosting our annual summer competition. You'll have 3 standard workouts and a championship WOD. 

Male/Female teams - RX and Scaled Divisions

Workouts will begin posting by May 1st (stay tunned)

Registration price will increase as we get closer to event date. To ensure you get a tee shirt and the best price, register soon!

**RX heats will be starting at 8:00am 

**Scaled heats will start around 11:30am/12 noon (more precise timing when workouts are finalizied)
