Friday Night Lights – CrossFit Abode

Friday Night Lights is an in‑house competition, completely free for all CrossFit Abode members, and designed so every athlete can take part. Any level, any experience, any mix of teammates, if you’re part of CFA, you’re in.

This night is all about coming together, having fun, and throwing down in a supportive, high‑energy environment. Whether you’re jumping into the workout or cheering from the sidelines, we’d love to see the whole community there.

To finish the night off, we’ll fire up the BBQ and run a sausage sizzle so everyone can hang out, chat, and enjoy the vibe after the heats wrap up.

A fun night with your CFA crew, competition, community, and good time. Let’s make it a big one.
