About this competition
Join us on September 19th 2026 for the 2nd Annual "For the Girls" event; the only Women's event in Calgary.
We want to celebrate all the amazing athletes there are in our community and to give back to The Brenda Strafford Foundation to support women in our community who need help when leaving adverse situations.
This one-day competition is a team event with teams of two (female/female) with multiple divisions:
Jr Women Open : 13-17
Women RX & Scaled : 18-34
Masters Women RX & Scaled: 35-49
Masters Women Open : 50+
There will be four workouts with no final event.
Register by September 2nd, 2026 to guarantee a shirt.
We cannot guarantee shirts for any registrations after this date.
Cost is $250 per team + GST and service charge (Competition Fee is $200 + $50 donation to The Brenda Strafford Foundation) and includes a swag bag, and shirt.
*** You will be asked to give us the rest of your teammate's information after you successfully register. Please have their full name, date of birth, email address, and shirt size. ***
How to choose your division:
Please register for the same division that you would register in for the CrossFit Open.
