Fit Fest 2026

Fit Fest is Delaware Fit Factory's annual CrossFit style competition to close out the year! Teams of 2 (2 males, or 2 females) will take on 3 workouts in 1 hour! There are 3 divisions to make it fun and challenging for everyone!

RX: The competitive bunch. If you RX the workouts in the CF Open, you belong here!

Scaled: Want to test yourself but not quite ready for RX standards? This division is for you! Lighter weights, simpler movements, still a challenge and a good time!

Participation: Do what you want! Well, to an extent. This division is for those wanting to experience the awesome vibes but still modify in a similar fashion to our CrossFit classes. This is for ANYONE AND EVERYONE! Want to do Fit Fest as a mixed pair? This is for you too!

Workouts will be released well ahead of time, but know going in that the following things could or could not pop up for the respective divisions...

RX: Chest To Bar, Pull-Ups, Toes-To-Bar, Clean & Jerks (155/105), Thrusters (115/85), TALL BALLS (20/14 12'/11'), DB snatches 70/50, Wall Walks, Burpees

Scaled: Ring Rows, Hanging Knee Raises, Clean & Jerks (95/65), Thrusters (75/55), Wall Balls (14/10 10'/9'), DB Snatches (50/35), Burpees
