Welcome to Fight or Flight 2: Fright Night, a one-of-a-kind Halloween partner competition where every event is inspired by horror and every workout tests a different aspect of fitness.
Grab your training partner and see if you have what it takes to survive five unique events:
⚡ The Electric Chair – Barbell sprint 👻 The Nun – Skill, stamina, and teamwork 🙃 The Upside Down – Grip and mental toughness ⚔️ The Guillotine – Explosive power and heavy cleans 🚧 Dead End – A head-to-head relay race to the finish
This isn't five conditioning workouts. Every event rewards a different strength—from Olympic lifting and gymnastics to explosive power, teamwork, and grit.
Whether you're chasing the podium or just looking for an unforgettable competition experience, Fight or Flight is designed to challenge athletes of all skill levels while delivering an atmosphere unlike any other local throwdown.
