Join us for a fun and friendly team competition!
We are pleased to be hosting our first-ever in-house competition. Open to all athletes of all skill levels.
Teams may compete in MM, FF, or MF pairs.
Rx, Scaled, and Novice options will be given for each workout. Choose the appropriate level for each WOD rather than having to choose an overall level. The higher the level chosen for each workout, the higher your place on the leaderboard!
3 age groups to choose from:
Under 35 (combined age of 68 years or less)
Masters (35-54 or a combined age of 70-108)
Masters + (55+ or a combined age of 110+)
Registration includes a t-shirt. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Prizes will depend on the number of entries.
Refunds will not be issued except in the case of event cancellation. Substitutes will be consider on a case-by-case basis.
