THE FIRST EVER EMOM CO. SUMMIT!

This September, we're bringing the EMOM Co. community together for something new.

Not just a training camp. Not just a competition.

The EMOM Co. Summit is a two-day experience built around training, education, competition, and most importantly, community.

And you don't need to be an elite competitor to belong here.

This weekend is for anyone who loves to train, wants to learn, enjoys pushing themselves alongside other like-minded people, and wants to become a better version of themselves, inside and outside of the gym.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Saturday will be a full day together, combining multiple training sessions, strength work, workouts, whiteboard discussions, Q&As, education, and opportunities to learn directly from the EMOM Co. coaching staff and special guests.

We'll train hard. We'll slow things down and talk about the "why" behind what we do. We'll create opportunities to test yourself and compete alongside other athletes. And just as importantly, we'll have time to connect with the people who make this community what it is.

Sunday morning, we'll come back together for another half day of training, education, and one final whiteboard session before closing out the weekend early enough to get everyone on the road and home for the week ahead.

MORE THAN A WEEKEND OF WORKOUTS

We want you leaving the Summit with more than sore legs and a few good scores.

We want you leaving with new knowledge, new relationships, a better understanding of your training, and a renewed sense of purpose for what you're working toward.

Whether you're chasing the CrossFit Games, trying to become a better coach, looking to compete for the first time, or simply showing up every day trying to become a better version of yourself, there's a place for you here.

We're continuing to build our sponsor and partner lineup and working on some special ways to take care of the athletes joining us for year one. Guests, partners, and surprises will be announced as we get closer.

This is year one.

Our goal is to build the EMOM Co. Summit into something this community looks forward to every year and the people who join us this September will always be the ones who were there at the beginning.
