You are about to make History for the FIRST OFFICIAL Elevate Games - where community meets competition, and athletes rise to a new standard
This Winter, Elevate Athletica brings you the heat with a Same Sex Pairs Throwdown designed for both emerging competitors and seasoned athletes ready to test their limits on the floor.
This is more than a competition - it’s a platform to step up, show out, and elevate.
COMPETITION FORMAT
The Elevate Games will feature Same Sex Pairs competing across:
4 Events | 2 Divisions | 1 Arena
Divisions:
Everyday Division (Beginner) – For athletes new to competition or building confidence on the floor
Functional Division (Intermediate/Advanced) – For athletes ready to be pushed across strength, skill, and engine.
Expected Programming Levels:
Everyday Division – Open level programming (accessible movements, scalable intensity) Functional Division – Open / Advanced level programming (higher skill, heavier loads, faster pace)
Expect a mix of:
- Strength under fatigue
- Aerobic capacity
- Gymnastics & functional movements
- Synchro work & team-based strategy
- Team Structure
Teams consist of 2 athletes (Same Sex Pairs) Athletes must compete in the same division
Team Changes
In the event of injury or unforeseen circumstances, teams may substitute one athlete up until 7 days prior to competition day.
If both original athletes are unable to compete, the team forfeits their position.
Registration
All registrations are final and non-refundable. Spots are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Spectators are welcome to attend and support throughout the day.

WEATHER NOTICE
This is mainly an indoor event with one outdoor workout.
While the competition will proceed as planned, adjustments may be made to workouts or scheduling in the case of extreme weather conditions, with athlete safety as the top priority.
