At Okie CrossFit, our in-house competition isn’t just about winning—it’s about testing ourselves, supporting each other, and celebrating what our community can do. We believe in showing up with grit, pushing past comfort zones, and cheering until the last teammate finishes. Every rep matters, every effort counts, and every athlete belongs on the floor. This event is a chance to learn, grow, and have fun—whether you’re chasing a podium spot or your personal best. We compete hard, we respect the standards, and we honor the work it takes to get here. Most importantly, we lift each other up as much as we lift the weights.
