Workouts will be focusing on The Girls Benchmark Wods.

Subtitutes are allowed if needed. 

Things to bring- Food, snacks, any beverages, chairs, blankets , tents, it will be mostly inside but we are a small gym so seating inside may be tough. 

Parking will be updated closer to date.
