About this competition
SATURDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2026 📍 CrossFit TMA
🏋️♀️ TEAM UP. THROW DOWN. TEST YOUR FITNESS. Grab your training partner and get ready to throw down in our high-energy same-sex pairs competition, designed to challenge athletes of all abilities.
Whether you're stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or you're a seasoned competitor, this event is all about good competition, great people and putting your fitness to the test.
🔹 COMPETITION FORMAT Choose the division that best suits your experience and ability:
Beginner | Intermediate | Advanced
Each same-sex pair (MM / FF) will take on 4 scored workouts, with every event carefully programmed and tested to deliver a challenging, balanced and exciting competition experience.
Expect workouts that test multiple areas of fitness, including strength, conditioning, gymnastics, endurance and teamwork.
📲 All workouts, movement standards and event details will be released in advance via our Instagram page, so you'll know exactly what to expect when competition day arrives.
🔹 ON THE DAY We've got everything covered to help you perform at your best and enjoy the experience from start to finish:
🥤 Food & drinks available on-site 🧘 Recovery zone to rest, recover and reset between workouts 🏆 Podium prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in every division 🩹 First aid support on-site, with an AED located nearby at the 24-hour service station
Most importantly, we're committed to creating a safe, supportive and fun competition environment for athletes, spectators, volunteers and staff.
