📅 Les 12 & 13 septembre 2026, la Vallée Verte de Golfech accueillera la 3ᵉ édition de notre compétition, avec un thème fort cette année : “The Origins”.
Un retour aux bases du CrossFit, brut, exigeant et authentique 💪
FORMAT DE LA COMPÉTITION :
Samedi 12 septembre
• Individuels Homme (24 athlètes)
• Individuels Femme (24 athlètes)
Dimanche 13 septembre
• Team of 4 (HHFF) – 24 équipes
🔥 WORKOUTS :
• 4 WOD pour tous le samedi
• 4 WOD pour tous le dimanche
💥 2 jours. 2 formats. 2 batailles.
➡️ WOD différents chaque jour — viens tester ta capacité à enchaîner.
