IYKYK…don’t miss this. If you were there last year, you know how EPIC it was 🔥 The energy, the cheering, the PRs flying, then pizzas to finish. And we’re doing it again 🤪🤪🤪
This year's workout 🏋️ A 14 min partner AMRAP: power cleans and burpees over the bar to start, then each partner builds to a max clean. Your score is your two heaviest cleans added together, so it's time to sling some tin 💪🙂↕️
Weights can be scaled, so everyone can get amongst it.
Teams are MM or FF, so start lining up your partner now 👯 No partner? No stressola … let us know and we'll match you up.
Not keen to lift? Come down anyway to cheer, soak up the vibes and grab a slice 🍕🙌
Full workout details and heat sheet coming soon 👀
