About this competition
Caution Fitness presents; In-House Gauntlet - October 17th
Join us on Saturday, October 17th, we are bringing the In-House Gauntlet! This is a full 60 minute challenge designed to test your strength, endurance, grit, and teamwork from start to finish.
You and your partner will take on multiple workouts, push each other through every rep and represent your house along the way. This isn't about doing it alone, work together communicate and leave it all on the floor. ONE HOUSE. ONE TEAM.ONE GOAL.DOMINATE
Listed below are the Standards for each division:
Mens RX
- Dumbbells - 50lbs
- Box Jumps- 24"
- Toes to bar
- Barbell Push Jerks- 95lbs
- Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull- 95lbs
Mens Scaled
- Dumbbells -35lbs
- Box Jumps- 20" (step ups allowed)
- Sit ups
- Barbell Push Jerks- 65lbs
- Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull- 65lbs
Womens RX
- Dumbbells- 35lbs
- Box Jumps- 20"
- Toes to Bar
- Barbell Push Jerks- 65lbs
- Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull- 65lb
Womens Scaled
- Dumbbells- 20lbs
- Box Jumps- 16" (step ups allowed)
- Sit ups
- Barbell Push Jerks- 45lbs
- Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull- 45lbs
