1,500-Calorie Bike Challenge
Join Four Corners CrossFit for a community food and cleaning-supply drive supporting people affected by the flood. The challenge is free and open to everyone.
We’ll start with 1,500 calories on the Echo Bike. For every eligible item donated, we’ll deduct one calorie. Bring non-perishable food or cleaning supplies; donated items must be unexpired. Local businesses are welcome to contribute, and participating businesses will receive a shout-out on social media.
