WE’RE BRINGING IT BACK. 🔥
There was a time when Battle of Orchard County was one of the best CrossFit comps in the country.
Then came the hybrid hype. The HYROX wave. And if we’re being honest… we never really bought into it.
Because CrossFit is what we love.
Heavy lifts. Hard workouts. Gymnastics. Big engines. Huge crowds. And workouts that make you question every life decision you’ve ever made.
So this time, we’re not following the crowd.
We’re doing what we do best.
We’re going BACK TO OUR ROOTS!
Three workouts. Three very different tests.
🏋️ WORKOUT 1 — A BIT OF EVERYTHING A proper mixed-modal CrossFit workout. A little bit of everything, exactly how it should be.
💪 WORKOUT 2 — THE BIG LIFT Heavy. Simple. Brutal. Time to move some serious weight.
🤸 WORKOUT 3 — GYMNASTICS Strength. Skill. Grip. Engine. And probably a few questionable life choices along the way.
SCALED & INTERMEDIATE DIVISIONS
No gimmicks. No trying to be something we’re not.
Just proper CrossFit.
Big lifts. Hard workouts. A roaring crowd. And that feeling you only get when the clock hits 3… 2… 1… GO!
