Back2Basics is our way of taking it back to where CrossFit started: simple movements, hard work, good people and a whole lot of fun.
Yes, it’s a competition. We care about standards, we care about doing the movements properly, and we fully expect you to give it everything you’ve got. But we also believe that competition doesn’t have to be so serious.
This is a day about showing up for each other. Cheering until you’ve lost your voice. High-fiving your mate after a brutal workout. Laughing at the fact that you voluntarily signed up for this. And maybe surprising yourself with what you can actually do.
Whether you’re fighting for the podium, testing yourself for the first time, or just here for the atmosphere, Back2Basics is for the whole Butcher’s community.
