DIVISION GUIDELINES

GUIDE NOTES
- Weights listed are suggested minimum standards — you should be able to perform them in small sets or repeat singles with consistency
- Actual competition loads may vary and could be lighter This guide helps you choose the division that best fits your current abilities
- Listed movements and divisions are not exhaustive and may not all appear in competition
- Skills listed reflect general expectations for each division — some workouts may include “gated” progressions from basic to more complex movements (Open-style), and may include movements not explicitly listed in this grid
- Some workouts allow flexible team strategy where one teammate can do more work, others require equal contribution
- Use this as a starting point—division changes can be made before the final deadline once all workouts are posted.
