About this competition
Members will sign up as A, B, C, or D players based on their fitness. From there, the coaching staff willl order the teams into as even as possible teams. Amount of teams will be dependent upon total signups. Workout style and flow will be "Power Hour" style. 4 total workouts (1 being a team max lift), every 12-15 minutes teams will switch to the next workout station.
